Following assessment of the potential represented by the volume of the purchased assets the need arose to establish strict methodologies and procedures of monitoring and assessment of effectiveness of the projects managed by ECG group. The change was inspired by the following consideration: The type of project is not relevant, what is most relevant is whether I am able to monitor the costs related to the project, to predict them and to be able to take strategic decisions on the basis of this information leading to a profitable sale or a further acquisition
